The Problem

Getting repeat customers was never a problem for this brand specializing in wellness supplements. Once their target audience used their products, they loved them. So, why did they come to us? Because what they struggled with was getting customers to buy their products for the first time.

And we knew just what they needed to get those numbers where they needed to be.

How We Fixed It

First, we asked the brand if they were willing to give out “samples” of their products for free so potential customers could try them out. With their consent, we implemented an ad campaign where people signed up for a free sample.

After a month, we ran a retargeting campaign with two different ad sets, one offering a discount and the other displaying the company’s product portfolio for customers to see their options.

The Results
